Me and wife's 11 year old Saga now making creaking sound, sent to dealer SC check,
found out absorber leaking kononnya, if wana change together with mounting, almost 1.2k

To make it quick, I'll write down the summary here, and backstory after

Summary:
- TS new employer made a buyout (2 months), however no additional agreement or bond signed
- Offer Letter has only this clause on top of signature, "I, hereby read, understand, and accept this offer of employment based on the terms and conditions as specified herein and shall report for duty (on 10 April 2023) as indicated. Failing which I undertake to compensate for 2 months' salary".
- If TS were to resign (1 month notice, if still within 6 months probation), then technically TS is following terms and conditions, so no penalty right?

Backstory
TS in mid 30s trying hard to run the race for the sake of his newborn. Ex-company required 3 months notice, hence TS didn't get the job before (interviewed in end Jan).

Later they offered a buyout, asking me to start early Apr. Although can feel some red flags, but they reassured that there'll be a team to work together, and with the substantial increase of pay and no weekend work, TS accepted the role.

Last week inception, only found out that the one TS replacing is leaving very soon, left less than 5 days for handover. There's another newcomer 'transffered' from Sales, and another new one coming in this week. TS felt hopeless and regretful.

when ayam reach traffic light taman mas and stopped due to red light, faking hailstorm came all jadi puteh2 then start kena hit by less than 5sen size aisbatu

makahai with raincoat oso so painful, then greenlight we rider move fuh more painsial and wind blew so hard we riders swayed to side, lucky a min+ latee ada bus stop dekat depan everyone took shelter

whole ordeal less than 5mins thankfully subsided bekam ceria semula

I saw a topic earlier in /k about SPA hiring, and went to check my long-time-ago application status early this morning out of curiosity.

To my surprise, my application was processed last Nov 2019, and online test is due this July 2020.

I understand that there'll be a few tier tests, and multiple interviews. Just wanted to check with anyone in /k who did this before, about what to do's and what not's.

Also, whether the age cap removed, and pension is no longer applicable?

Niama riding halfway to home tadi suddenly clutch mcm tak betul, realized patah liao wtf.

Nasib TS penunggang berhemah ada buat cara penunggangan yg betul slowly ke bahu jalan.

Stuck at gear 5, terpaksa full blast so enjin wont die after restart enjin, luckily reach home selamat.

Edit: gear clutch or just gear whateva

Rant:

Here I am minding my own bisnes, doing revision in secluded and silent spot in McD, when sudd bunch of Makciks came and eating and gossiping.

Dahlah bising, then umpat racial stuffs, then acting condescending towards the workers. When they finish first round, they left for awhile (assuming they went for prayers) leaving leftovers on the table. I thought they went away for good, manatau now came back second round buat bising jer.

Xtau cleanup after eating, menghina orang, eating at McD dont even know the ketchups need to take yourself, and acting classy lel asking the staffs to take for u.

Makahai sian uncivilized people. No wonder Msia bergerak ke belakang.

Let's say my gross salary is within the mentioned range, how much is the max loan amount I could get for my first property *roughly*?
Also, will consider buying sub-sale too.

Scenario A
1) 2.5K Gross - All Expenses & Commitments = Clean RM 800 (no savings) 32% Left
2) Looking at Sub-Sale around 100K-200K, possible?
3) If so, how much loan (max) and is there full-loan option available?

Scenario B
1) 3K Gross - All Expenses & Commitments = Clean RM 1050 (no savings) 35% Left
2) Looking at Sub-Sale below 150K-250K, possible?
3) If so, how much loan (max) and is there full-loan option available?

Scenario C
