Problem description: cannot connect to my Thecus N2200 from internet

Hi,

Wonder whether anyone has managed to set up to connect to their NAS from the Internet. Have a Thecus N2200 NAS that I want to access from anywhere via Internet. Have set up port forward 80, 443 as well as 20, 21. The NAS is connected to my D-Link DIR-300 wireless router. Have setup a DDNS account as well. The D-Link router is connected to the Streamyx supplied modem (Model ZTE ZXDSL831). From internal LAN, when I type in the DDNS name, I can get the NAS web login page. But from office when I do the same it just freeze there.

Anyone can help? What did I do wrong? Or what else must I do to get this connection up and running? FYI, I don't have statis IP but using DDNS to refresh my dynamic IP.

Appreciate any help I can get.
