My celcom mobile data is faster than Unifi

Hi so ill be quick here. My celcom mobile data is way faster than my Unifi. Ive been using my mobile data for gaming and it runs out pretty quickly. My unifi on the other hand is so slow that I get lag spikes in games such as Apex Legends and Minecraft (yes I know what you are thinking). So what should I do? Convince my parents to change ISP to Celcom home fibre (100mbps for rm129 I believe) or get a wireless AP/new router as a wifi extender? Im done trying to find solutions on the internet on how to reduce ping spikes. My room is on the second floor , the wifi is downstairs in my father's study room. Also, when we first switched from streamyx to unifi a few months ago I can game just fine with minimal lag spikes. Please recommend the cheapest/affordable solution to this . Anyways I will leave a few information down below in case it might help. Oh and I live in Kota Kinabalu , Sabah.

PS : sorry for my terrible english and writing.

Phone plan : Celcom 50gb
Unifi Plan : Unifi lite plan 10mbps

Screenshot of my internet speed.

UNIFI

[attachmentid=10245274]

CELCOM (mobile data)

[attachmentid=10245275]

Thank you for helping.

Unifi Coverage

Hi so unifi doesnt cover my area because we dont have fibre optics . It is said it will take 5 years for it to reach this place (which i think is bullshit). Is it possible for my father to request fibre optics in our area? I mean look at my internet speed it is VERY slow Chrome wont even load properly .

RM 2000 Build

Hello! Im building a pc near the end of april.
I made a post on december if im not mistaken. Here is my last post https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=4154986&hl=
However my budget is limited to RM2000. So im asking for help once more from you guys.I found this rig/build from a youtuber and im not confident about it.
Here is the link to the youtube video (i reccomend watching his videos as it is informational and helpful) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_SLkACoAm0
as you know i live in sabah so this is probably why im not confident about this build . The prices here are a bit different. I am planning to visit the tech mall (in my region) to study the prices. But if any of you could tell me what i need to add or remove that will be very helpful as it could save me an amount of money.
I will leave the specs down below. Oh and if any of you could reccomend me any brand new editing/gaming wise monitor that will help me a bunch! Thanks!
I have no experience in pc building but i do have an adequate amount of knowledge about pc parts.I prefer to buy parts brand new (my mother is helping me to build this so shes pretty hard to convince)

►CPU - PENTIUM G4560
►GPU - ZOTAC GTX1050 2GB
►MOBO - ASUS H110M-K
►SSD - APACER 120GB SSD
►RAM - G.SKILL AEGIS DDR4 2133MHZ 8GB x 1
►PSU - FSP HEXA+ 450WATT
►CASING - TECWARE F3 / BITFENIX NOVA
On youtube the guy said i have to flash the bios ( i dont really know what that means, can it be done at the store?)
So i have these alternative parts in my mind
Mobo : MSI B250M PRO-VD (im not sure if i have to fash or not ) OR ASROCK H110M-HDS (flash bios)
SSD : 120GB Kingston UV400
PSU: EVGA 430w (since the fsp hexa is not really reliable)

EDIT!!!!: i built my pc so here are the specs please tell me what to upgrade first (in the future)

INTEL PENTIUM G4560
GTX 1050TI 4GB
8GB AVEXIR RAM
12OGB APACER SSD (got both ssd and hdd bcs i couldnt decide lol )
1TB TOSHIBA HDD
COOLERMASTER 550W PSU V.2
F3 TECWARE
H110M-K MOBO
TOTAL: RM2380
