I am currently thinking to upgrade my cpu, ram and mobo to a white set up. Frames ingame area actually pretty good just sometimes can feel the fps drop . Question is should I upgrade or wait for alderlake/ new ryzen.

I was thinking of getting the i5 11400F + Asus Z490a. Will the motherboard be sufficient? Or should I opt for one with a pcie4. The 5600x series seems pricey for the little extra frames over the 11400F

Age- about 1 month old.

My laptop has this problem where it randomly stutters, or lag for 1 second and then appear normal. I've been using this laptop for over a month now, but it only happened recently in my new place. When the stutter happens, my CPU Usage spikes up; >50. And no, there is no observable CPU spike on the processes.
On a side note, it happens With and Without battery. And yes, my laptop is on *high performance*.

At first I thought it was a driver issue, because I had been updating my drivers the past few days. So I decided to use the "OneKeyRecovery" (Similar to reformatting) to recover its state to its original factory settings. That did not help with the stutter.

Then I thought it may be because of collected static in the wire because my laptop wire is connected to a converter, from a 3 headed pin to a 2 headed pin; with No earth output. In order to fix the issue I took out the converter and replaced it with another one with 3 pin instead (with an earth output). Now the random 1 second stutter still appear, but at a lower frequency.

I suspect the problem may be because of:
faulty HDD?
sound driver?
bad earth connection?

I feel that the stutter problem occurs more often when I am playing a song/video. (I could be wrong)

Is there any known fix to this?

Introduction
Shidavéré is a largely Singaporean and Malaysian guild, blended with Aussie, Hongky, and Indonesian. Guild chat is primarily english with a little colloquial Singaporean lingo more commonly known as Singlish to us. We conduct around 4 25-men raids a week, usually on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday from approximately 10.00pm server time till 02.00am server time (non day light saving time). The exact combination of dates/times vary depending on whether we are currently pushing progression etc. Our vision is to be an ace end-game guild focusing on PVE raids. Although we do not factor out PVP-ing completely, our members are mostly primarily interested in the PVE endgame.

On 5 Nov 2009, Shidavéré was 4 years old! It is the oldest guild on Frostmourne that continues to PvE raid. Guild philosophy is unchanged. In essence, we are a casual family type guild, but we treat raids as serious business. Many members are working adults who knock off from work to raid every night. Shidavéré is a "happy family" and there has been no drama for more than 3 years (actually, we were accused of ninja once upon a time, but the accuser later became a beloved member of the guild LOL).

Raid slots
No member starts as a core raider until ability and gear are good enough. We do not guarantee raid slots. Your selection for raid slots will be determined by the officers, subject to your gear, attendance and performance.

Factors affecting performance are
(i) good awareness;
(ii) initiative to read up before bosses and not ask to be spoonfed tactics;
(iii) constantly reviewing themselves to improve (ie. WWS, World of Log);
(iv) communication on vent; and
(v) ability to adapt to unforeseen shit in a boss fight without needing express instructions.

Although you may begin as a backup raider, persistence and patience in appearing for selection will certainly give u the opportunity over time to become a core raider. Most core raiders in Shidavéré began as a backup.

Loot Distribution Criteria

Loot Council
Sorted from strongest to weakest criterion.

1. Progression
Loots will be defaulted to certain players if it will benefit the raid progression by giving them those loots. The Main Tank of the guild will fall under this category where that person will have priority over anyone else in the guild for a tanking loot. This criterion will only be brought up if it is really IMPORTANT and NECCESSARY to gear up that particular person.

2. Performance and Rank
Initiates will not get loot assigned to them if any Core Raiders wanted that loot. A rank review will be done weekly (promotion and demotion will happen frequently) based on the players performance. Skilled and prepared players will definately get have a better chance of winning loots.
3. Attendance
Raid attendance will be a big factor. If you meet the Raider requirement, but will only be on for 1-2 raids a week, why should we give it to you over a Raider that raids 4-5 times a week? If you want to get loot, you have to put more commitment into raiding.

4. How bid the upgrade is
Item placement is very dependent upon what each candidate is using. A person in item level 150 that meets the entire previous requirement will get an item over a person in item level 200.

5. Gear already received in current raid
We try to spread loot around. This means that you will most likely not get multiple items per raid. For multi-spec class items we attempt to give it to a different class each raid if possible.

Actually, i started to go gym about a month and a half back.
I was 68kg and 186cm back then

Now i am 75-ish kg 186cm

I have a slim-fit figure.

After 1.5months i noticed that i grew, by abit and my chest,abs,biceps are starting to show up.

The most important thing about bodybuilding is meal planning, which i think i am bad in.
Please review my plan.

I use these supplements:
Universal Mass gainer
Whey protein

Monday - Sunday morning (7am)
2x Scoop of Universal Mass Gainer mixed with milk instead of water
1 egg (fried/boiled/omelet)
ham/cheese

Afternoon (12pm) lunch
Anything that i can grab, usually
Pasta/Fried Rice/Mee goreng or any regular lunch

During the afternoon (1pm - 4pm)
sometimes i take bread with margarine/cracker

Pre- WO (5pm)
Bread with peanut butter(crunchy) or just a tablespoon of peanut butter
- consumed only if i work out for that day

Super pre-WO (5.45)
1.5x Scoop of Mass Gainer mixed with .8 Scoop of Protein Shake
These supplements are mixed with milk instead of water

Workout time is 6.15pm - about 3-4 times a week only

Night (7pm - 8pm) Dinner (Either one)
Mamak white rice + egg + 1 pc of chicken + rendang + some vege
Any chinese mee (hokkien mee, wa tan ho, yee mee and sorts)
Or any regular rice with dishes

Supper ( 10pm - 12pm)

I am currently studying in Taylor's, doing International Canadian Pre-University (ICPU).

I've only completed 3 of the subjects so far. I took January intake and am going to end by the end of this year.
I was thinking of going overseas to further my studies.
With such results, is it possible for me to apply for a Scholarship?
I may want to take a degree course in ANYTHING related to business: Management/Accounting/Economics/Business Admin/Marketing.

Looking forward to study in Australia/UK, or anywhere that offers good business course.
Queensland University/Auckland or anywhere.

Do i have to take IELTS to apply for any of these?

Whenever i activate LOUD to the highest, and journey along for another few kilometres, the radio+speakers+car time goes off by itself, then ons back a few seconds later. I have no idea why is it like this.

When i got the set , it was functioning fine. A few weeks later, it started, but VERY minor. Then it started to become worse.Then i send my car to service, and repair my oil box, they had to take out the engine and stuffs.. The problem became constant.
Everytime i on LOUD to the highest, the whole set will auto restart itself after the car goes over a small bump or even an uneven road.
Morning journey with normal speaker settings goes fine, without any disturbance.

I believe this problem is very minor and can be fixed easily.
If you have any questions regarding the problem, do not hesitate to ask.
If details given are not enough, i can provide more.

I have sent the car to the audio shop where i installed the set, they said it was the Head Unit's problem.
I changed my whole set, which includes AMP,Speakers and Woofer,but i did not change my HU.

[WTA] Where; giving japanese classes , around KL

I'm doing an assignment , and need to know roughly how much is the fine of owning a kereta-potong. (Self-Built-Car)

Have you seen shows like monster garage? They are able to build their own vehicle in other countries, but not here, in Malaysia, if i'm not mistaken, you'll be fined or be jailed or something? For self-building-cars and driving it around?
