Sesonic UPS V800

Hi all, I just bought my new UPS last week, is sensonic V800. I charged 24hours prior first usage according to it's manual instruction. Then I plug my monitor and CPU to the UPS just like normal where everybody did. The computer can on and everythings look normal, but when no electricity, the monitor and CPU auto off and the UPS comes out a continuous beep sound. According to the manual, continuous beep sound mean overload.

But then I try to off the UPS and on it back, run it in battery mode, I can on my PC and monitor, as a result, can last for few minutes (haven't complete the duration test).
Since if the UPS running in battery mode, meaning it can support my PC and monitor, wondering why the UPS can't backup the power if no electricity and comes out continuous beep sound? If like that it dosen't perform the UPS job.

Additional info, if nothing plug to the UPS (no load), if no electricity, it will auto pick up and runs battery mode. even with only monitor plug to it. if just plug the CPU to the UPS, problem still comes out.

My PSU is Gigabyte Superb 720. running 610w continuously and peak 720w.

Currently my company got a few old type passbook printer, but cannot used it on Windows XP......

The model is IBM 9068-A01, does anybody know how to configure it with windows xp? it using serial port to connect to CPU.

Or any links that can help me? Please provide.
