Cats Dying Silent Death

Hello sifus,

My apology for putting up this post should it is not in the approp board.

Since 3 weeks ago our cats perished one after another. My family couldn't tell whats killing the cats. The only obvious signs they show are vomiting, and later they reside (being passive) and after a few days of 'not active' (refuse to eat and drink) they would die. We couldn't check their urine or their poop to tell what was wrong. But we suspect them being poisoned, because during the day our feline would roam the neighbourhood. They would ony return for meal time. Night time they would stay at home.

Before they die they didn't make much meowing sound, or much struggling (convulsive/repulsive, and the likes), while they lay helpless and breathing. Some of the cats would die overnight after suffering such strange 'ordeal'.

If they are poisoned, what could the poison be - rat poison? weedicide? Or, should we suspect rabies or lepto?

Can sifus here enlighten us what could have killed our cats. We are now so desparate, as the nearest vet is voer 2 hour drive from our home.

Kerja Mentranskripsi Rakaman Temubual (Akademik)

Rakaman bercorak akademik. Rakaman dalam bentuk kaset - berpuluh-puluh jumlahnya. Rakaman bercorak akademik dibuat sekitar tahun 70-an. Pemilik kaset ingin rakaman ditranskrip ke dalam bentuk teks.

Ini sudah pasti kerja yang berat - bergantung pada kualiti bunyi rakaman, dan ambil masa lama kerana kita kena dengar secara berulang-ulang.

Kita nak tahu, macam mana nak minta upah untuk kerja-kerja macam ni. Tuntut ikut jumlah masa (rakaman) atau jumlah masa buat transkripsi? Bilangan kaset (max. ??? mins)? Panjang teks transkripsi? etc ...

Ada otai-otai bahasa/kejuruteraan bunyi sudi tolong? Please?

Moringa PODS supplies utk lauk

Nak tahu mana nak dapatkn bekalan moringa pods (a.k.a remunggai, kacang kelor) di semenanjung, sabah or sarawak. Nak buat lauk ... lama dah tak jumpa lauk (esp. curry dishes yang ada herba tu). Kebanyakn online store yg digoogle dia hanya jual moringa seeds untuk supplement sahaja. ini nak yang fresh, dalam pods.

Pekedai Tak Nak Terima Wang Kertas Koyak & Kotor

Ada pekedai bersikap cerewet, tak nak terima wang 'kecil' yang koyak sikit (malah ada 'diselotep'), dan adakala wang itu sudah terkena sedikit kesan dakwat (perbuatan pelanggan lain).
Pekedai telah dengan bijaknya menyisipkan wang yang rosak di antara wang-wang yang masih elok.
Nak hantar ke bank, takut bank tak nak terima pula
Rasa terhina juga yang simpan wang kertas macam tu.

Reverse Camera but image flipped

Hi Sifus,
Hope my entry is in the correct 'room', otherwise please kindly relocate it.

I just bought a very cheap reverse cam and a 4" LCD from an online store for my car. When both the items arrived I sent them to a car accessories shop to get them installed. When all is done n i was at home I noticed that the image display is inverted - subject on the right appears on the left side of the LCD screen (??? is my description correct?), unlike images on the mirror. Totally confusing.

Was told by the techy guy i hired that the cam/lcd screen r powered by reverse lamp. There's only 3 buttons behind the lcd screen - brightness, contrast and picture. now can no longer view the switches at the rear of the display.

Seeking everyone's advice here on how to correct this please. I understand, some cheap things produce cheap results

EPSON Me Office 620F printer ((+ fax) problem

Can somebody help me with my 1 y/o printer. The error message i got is "Printer error - See your documentation". Now i had misplaced my user's manual and no where to look for help. Epson outlet in the state is very far. i believe our techy friends at lowyat are very much better options, rather than driving hundreds of km, just to send my problem printer.

I have tried downloading a troubleshooting zipped util called "ink-pad-reset" from the net, but my printer doesn't respond.

The 4 ink cartridges should be running low now despite i have replaced one of the cartridges about a month ago.
