MSN messenger disconnecting at different time

my friend who have 4 pcs at home, he's currently having a problem which is all of the msn messenger in 4 pcs, will keep disconnecting frequently, but they do not disconnect at the same time, probably 1 after another.
i've tried to search from net before, they it might be ip-stack problem. but i don't understand how it is.

and his internet connection isn't down when his msn messenger is disconnected.
and don't think it would be the router's problem since there's no internet connection down problem.

any idea guys?

i've had this problem long time ago.. but it doesn't occur always.

i think it happens when i stress the computer like playing game.. not really sure though cause before this happen again most of the time i play games without any problems

the pc will suddenly shut down with a 2 tone beeping sound continuous untill i off the switch at the back of the PSU.

i check from this thread

they said that the cpu is overheated.
but i didn't do overclocking on the cpu and i turn my fan speed at above average.
i'm using CM Jet7+ HSF at 3.6kRPM.

could it be my mobo failure?
if so, what should i do with it?
anyone know how to fix this problem or where can i get my mobo fix outside?
i just don't know where can i find shop to fix the mobo, and the mobo warranty is over already.

i'm using Abit NF7-S v2.0.. i think it's quite hard to find mobo for this socket out there nowadays..

so... anyone mind to give some advice?
