I was driving about 10-20 speed in a single lane where the time about 1730 (yes the time everyone going back from work). So here what everything start, the car in front of me suddenly emergency brake, I leave a quite huge gap between the car in front me so I can brake slowly since I was not really near him, and then suddenly a young man (proton saga) straight forward crash from behind, pushing me forward and knock the front car.<br /><br />• Proton saga only front bumper, lights, and maybe air-con engine damaged.<br />• My car (viva) got heavily damaged especially behind, the whole thing just bend inwards like a V shape. The front coming out white smokes and mostly all damaged as well. (Yes, exactly like a sandwich.)<br />• The car in front of me, just the left bumper and lights damaged.<br /><br />So that time, a few tow trucks arrived there asking who knock first, then he tow truck guy say the 3rd party faults.<br />What I have done right here is submit a police report with them as well. Then the foreman/truck guy said the report he will keep it and insurances thingy will notify you later. I am still a freshman in this kind of case.<br />This is a three car crash, so who is at fault?<br /><br />How is the insurances claim work? Because I am still in shock while the foreman/truck guy explaining the insurances claiming. (I did call my parents, and then my parent calls this guy shows up to settle it.
