Building My First Gaming PC

Hi so I’m planning to start building my first gaming pc and I’ve already done a bit of research and consulted with reddit and I was wondering if there are any more improvements to be made as it is my first time designing my own PC.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 - RM699
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8GB - RM279
MOBO: MSI X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming - RM699
GPU: Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+ OC- RM1299
CASE: Cooler Master M.C H500P - RM599
PW: Corsair CX450M - RM229
SSD: Intel 545S 3D NAND 256GB - RM249
HDD: Seagate 1TB HDD - RM179

All prices are from Viewnet. My budget is around 4000. Also, I was wondering of any of these prices are fixed because from my experience prices are usually negotiable in Lowyat.

Thanks for the help.

Speech Therapist in Ipoh

Hi, this is my first time posting here so I apologize if I am using the wrong subforum for this topic.

So I'm looking for a speech therapist in Ipoh, Perak that could go to the patients house for sessions (patient lives around Jalan Bandar Baru Tambun area). The patient is in his 80's and is able to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He recently had tongue cancer surgery, which resulted in the removal of 40% of his tongue (left side). This has affected his ability to speak and it now requires a lot of effort. As a result, he is often reluctant to speak. We hope to find a speech therapist that can do house calls 3-5 days a week to help him with his speech impediment.

Any help or referrals will be much appreciated, thank you.
