How much a restaurant make in a day average

Hi,

Wanted to know more about how much sales does a restaurant (shoplot or mall lot) make in a day.
As i know FnB cost is around 30-40%, but ive no idea on the sales part.
If any of you have experience about this pls share.
My purpose is to calculate whether FnB is worth investing and the risk of it.

Yesterday found out that Ramada suites which situated in Jalan Ceylon which is now asking for 520k , studio unit 453sqft 1bed+1bath. Freehold,commercial title.
Planning to get one for Airbnb purpose , here to gather more opinion from others or owner of ramada , whether it is a good buy.

Or should i opt for Axon / Scarletz ?
