Hand palm lumbrical pain

Hi guys.. first time I post in this health&fitness area so if wrong topic please help me move it ?

I have stopped gym & exercising since MCO (2020 mar) and last week I resume going back to gym… I am not professional and just went to gym to normal train only just want to keep fit and energetic..

One week through I found my left hand palm lumbrical after gym workout (don’t know is this the correct name of not, refer below picture location 3,4). I am right handed and my left hand indeed weaker… quite pain when hold the heavier dumbell and even more painful during daily wake up.. I think because of carry too much weight that my hand palm can’t tahan.. ?

Anyone experience this before? Should be the sign to take rest so it will auto recover? Or need go see doctor? Appreciate any advice..

Btw I lost almost 20kg compared between 3 years ago the first time I went gym and now… I can feel now my body really much more painful after workout… I think more body fats less pain??

How to check stranger phone number’s owner?

Recently I keep received call and message from a stranger phone number. From the message that guy seems like know a lot from me and known me by telling me some of my secret happened long time ago I thought nobody known. He didn’t threaten me anything just i am curious to know who is he. Didn’t see that number registered for any WhatsApp, FB, whatever social media. Looks like just someone’s backup number

Just curious if I want to check and know who is the owner registered on this phone number, can I get the answer when I go to DIGI, Maxis, Celcom etc shop and ask? Are they able to check the info from system? Will the shop worker attend this type of request to anyone? Or only the owner or show the IC will get the confirmation on the answer?

Anyone here had worked in telecommunication store before can advised on this? Or how can I check this?

I saw this guy keep posting in FB he only want to cucuk pzifer vaccine. If give him China Russia Uk vaccine he rather go die. He tried brainwash people that China Russia UK vaccine are for idiot people

How to manage multiple account id and password

Just curious how you guys manage to remember the account username and password of the application you using?
What is the best way to manage this? I believe most people has multiple bank account and eWallet and other application account

Is it safe to use same user id in all apps (bank online account, eWallet, etc) and apply same password?
If one account kena hacked, then other account with same user id and password also exposed to the “hacker”?

If not, how you guys remembers which account use which username & password?

If use different password and record all these info in phone (eg. notes/notepad), is that more risky to be leaked?
Or should write down on paper and lock in somewhere, when forgot go takeout and look?

why do we need to declare and fill in the "races"

as Malaysian, why do we need to declare and fill in the "races" & "religious" in most of the application form?
any reason why the government or the authority want to have this info?
already filled in name, NRIC, don't these info sufficient for them to carry on the application?

Stamp duty, RPGT exemption

As introduced by government last week, stamp duty exemption will be provided for the house priced between 300k to 2.5mil.
So I would like to know if I buy a sub sales 2nd hand house in RM 600k, how much I would save on stamp duty fee exemption?
As there are a lot of fee charged by lawyer firm such as legal fee, transfer fee, variance of stamp duty...etc
I am a bit confused on this. Any sifu can advice?
Also how will the exemption of RPGT affect the sub sales house pricing?

Hi, anyone here know what is the price can get the mask and sanitizers directly from China manufacturers? I am planning to buy for factory use and would need more than 5k masks and 20L sanitizer per month.
Would like to seek advise from any sifu who has experience on this.
What is the unit price can get now and what will be the shipping cost for 10kg(estimated) masks in this period?

- please extend MCO and stay at home until zero cases
- people health is more important than money
- employers must pay full salary to us in MCO period, they all drive Benz BMW it doesn’t make sense they cannot afford to pay! Government must take action to those companies
- after MCO employers will become employee, employee become employers! We are waiting opportunity to take over your business!
- Government give BSH is correct move! Why SME also want government support? If you don’t have backup fund for 3 months why you do business?

Early May:
- please lift the MCO now and don’t extend anymore ! Please think of us how we can get money if no work? No need to extend until zero cases!
- money is also important! We want to go work to feed family, no kena COVID also starve till die
- shit I got pay cut ! I called the line to complain but nobody answer , what can I do?

But now most of them are unofficially “dead”.
Lowyat.net seems like not much affected and still popular.

Planning to go for MBA in 2017, since I have got 2 years experiences in Industry (working as an engineer).
Would like to know is there any good part time MBA course recommended?
Prefer part time because I am not planning for full time study.

BEM Graduate Engineer and PE

Hi Everyone, I graduated in 2015 and and was majorring in Mechanical Engineering (Accredited engineering program)
Does anyone is that a compulsory that I need to have a active & certified PE to sign on my Degree cert and transcript?
If the answer is yes, may I know where can I go find a Active& certified PE to help?
There is no PE in my current company and I am staying in Johor Bahru. Not convenient to travel to the BEM HQ at KL.

Hope can get any comments from any senior.
