Cost Effective Way to Keep Malaysian Number Alive

Hi guys, I'm going to Singapore to study soon. However, I would like to keep my Malaysian phone number alive as:

1. I will come back to Malaysia during semester breaks
2. My bank accounts are linked to my Malaysian number so I need TAC codes to do online transactions

With that in mind, do you have any suggestions to keep my number alive? Thanks in advance!

P.S.: I saw that there's a similar thread in this forum before but it's a bit dated so I'm posting a new one as there may be new suggestions.

Hello everyone,

I am a STPM graduate. Currently filling in UPU and need some advice. I am considering math courses as below.

1. UM, Bachelor of Actuarial Science
2. UM, Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics
3. UM, Bachelor of Science in Mathematics
4. UM, Bachelor of Science in Statistics
5. USM, BACHELOR OF SCIENCES(MATHEMATICS)
6. USM, BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCES(MATHEMATICAL MODELLING)
7. USM, BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCES(APPLIED STATISTICS)
8. USM, BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCES (OPERATIONS RESEARCH)
9. USM, BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCES (MATHEMATICS AND ECONOMICS)

Not considering UKM courses because I heard some modules involve Malay and thesis must also be in Malay. Can you please advise on which course has better job prospects, so I can arrange my choices accordingly? I'm interested in working in finance/banking industry after graduation. Currently UM Actuarial Science is first choice.

Pengajian Am Essay Tips

Hi there everyone.

Are there any STPM seniors that can share with me some tips on how to get high marks for the essay part in Pengajian Am Term 1 paper?

Specifically, how should one choose and determine which idea is the correct isi? Most of us don't do well in essay because our isi is not in the marking scheme, and it's hard for us to predict the marking scheme. It's also confusing at times as there is no consistent rule as to whether an isi can be accepted.

Recommendation on Taobao Forwarder in Malaysia

I am planning to buy a few items from Taobao (a few card games, nothing much). This is my first time buying from Taobao, so I am not sure of the best method of payment and shipping.

I did some quick checks on the web and so far ezbuy seems the most user friendly to me. What do you guys think? Is ezbuy reliable? Or are there any better options?
