English vs Bahasa Malaysia Names for Properties?

Nowadays, many property developer are building their properties and giving English names for commercial purposes. Not many are willing to give Bahasa Malaysia names, or even Chinese or Indian names due to market acceptance.

How does the consumer reacts to these methods? Do names effect property prices? Let say, a high end condo beside KLCC name The Belacan...would people buy?

Your thoughts please...

Equivalent car to Evo GTA

Hello forum friends,

just wanted to ask, does anyone know of any similar/equivalent car like Evo GTA? What I mean is the driving pleasure and the turbo like engine? I have owned an evo GTA 7.5 Auto before (year 2002). As it is getting older (almost 14 years), would like to find a new car that could replace it.

Any recommendations?
