I got a few questions regarding selling a motorcycle, the motorcycle is under my name, bought it with cash.

Bike -z250
Year made - 2017
Register - 2018
Mileage -18k
Planning to change the tyre to corsa s123, 110/70 and 150/60, change spark plug and starter relay and air filter, service oil before selling it.
Maybe a kawasaki health check? Do it even exist now? I from melaka and zong heng doesnt seem to offer this.

1. How much is the market price now for the bike? I do some research and the range is far apart from 11k to 14k. Prefer cash.
2. If I sell the bike direct to buyer, do i need to do puspakom check before proceed to jpj to change the name?
3. If i sell it to used motorcycle shop or selling it myself is better? Need the money to buy a car, scare put at mudah for 1 month and still nobody buy.
4. Changing current motorcycle plate to new car by myself will cost total how much?
5. After buyer bought the bike from me, can my insurances be transfer to the buyer?

Cost of xray

Actually Im having a back pain for almost 2 years now but still cant identify the causes. Went to government klinik to scan, i think is xray but they say not bone problem. Then went to few chinese doctor and ask, some say bone not aligned also some say is the muscles but not bone. Quite confuse. Im from melaka, i still dont understand xray scan, ct scan, mri scan differences, and how much each cost and which one should i take? Need some help here.

This housekeeping job required a colleague to be together for almost 8 hours because shift does not start yet and also because the hotel is still new. So the first day was just a casual day, introducing and understanding each other, managed to add her Facebook account and found out she is in a relationship. It was a bit hard at first due to 9 years age gap, culture, sexes, religion differences and because I came from all male school and don't communicate to any other girl. She is only around 150+cm and I'm 170+cm so the age difference like doesn't exist LOL.

We spend every working lunchtime together and sometimes will go for jogging after work but as time passed, I slowly found her unique charm that made me got some feeling about her and worst? Dream about her in my sleep She is already in a relationship with someone else, I know it's worst thing can be done to a relationship and I trying to keep a distance but I just can't. Her relationship is a LD relationship because her partner is at oversea. I also don't want to ask many about it because it's her privacy and her relationship; but from my observation, their relationship kinda weird, kind of her partner is 'less contact to her type'.

She used to work part time and I also followed her but for the reason to earn more money; One day, she told me she had to stop working part-time because her parents wouldn't allow her due to coming back late night but somehow I got the weird heartbroken feeling about it. At first, I thought it was her decision to keep away from me but slowly, I found out she was not lying about her parents' objection. I also work at the hotel as just a temporary, the hotel manager decided to find another person for this position and when I heard that guy is going to start working next week, I just had this jealous feeling about it...and from there I start to question myself, do I really fall in love with her? Had to stop working not because SPM result's announcement but National Service.

I being someone who is serious about love life because been hurt deep inside before although that relationship didn't consider as a real one, that time was just young and naive but yet it really taught me many things about love; somehow make me afraid to step into a relationship again because afraid the same thing would happen again. I sometimes will spend some time reading love cupid section's post and learn from it but for this, I personally just can't understand what I really want...

Should I keep a distance and hide this feeling from her or just tell her the truth but this option will only bring awkwardness between us... or there is any other option?
