I even brought microfiber for him to wipe and check everything.<br />The deal was closed and i went back home (without a phone).<br />Once at home I checked and he said that he went to an Apple store, they wiped and checked and say got one scratch on screen.<br />I&#39;ve already used the money and the customer wants a refund.<br />I have insisted on CoD only mainly because my ATM card is not working and I wanted the customer to check everything first before buying.<br /><br />May i ask what rights do I have to reject his refund request?
