Where can i get my lost loan agreement and SPA

i want to ask some question before start calling the lawyer firm.

What happened if i lost my SPA agreement and Loan Agreement. where can i get a duplicate from? i just wanted them to scan me a copy.

i know most likely i can get my SPA from the lawyer firm but how about loan agreement. Can i get from duplicate copy from Lawyer firm as well? or i have to get from bank ?

From net salary:-
30% for house
30% investment
10% insurance
30% (Other expense, food and etc)

so my question is when come to relationship. lets say a Gf/BF. should the cost/expense taken from investment or other expenses proportion?

Need advice on my build

Guys/Gals, i going to build myself a new PC for gaming/surfing.

Below is what i see from ideal tech price list:-

I am trying to build a rig which below RM5k or slightly over 5k with a GTX 1060 6GB VRAM if possible probably not plan to upgrade the graphic card for another 3 years at least. hope some sifu here able to give some suggestion on what part i can make up for to reduce the price to RM5k-5.1k

By far, if i utilized all the discount correctly and reduce the price of SSD from samsung to other brand and take off the cooler (wondering if stock cooler is sufficient). i able to get the build with GTX 1060 6GB Vram with above price list

any more suggestion to reduce to price to RM5k will be appreciate.
