Need advise

I'm new in property buying and have been surfing the net to do some research, etc.

Had visited the show unit of Subang Andaman in Batu 3, Shah Alam and also U1 Residences, which is also in the same place. Done some research on the developers and found quite a bit on U1 but not much on Subang Andaman's. I know someone mentioned Subang Andaman previously in this forum but it was left at that and nothing more.

Since most of you guys are experts here, any comments with regards to these 2 developments. I personally like the layout and the package offered by Subang Andaman. However, buying a property is not like buying a new handbag. Desperately need some advise here.

IS THERE A CURE FOR NERVE DAMAGE?

Hi there,

On Tuesday, my 10-month old schnoodle (schnauzer mix poodle) was hit by car. We found him lying by the roadside about 100 metres away.

Before you all judge me by saying that I am a bad owner and should not have let him out, let me explain.

The little fella, is quite an escape artist. We've covered every possible hole but he still manages to jump and squeeze through.

He was brought to Yeoh's Vet in Taman Megah with lacerations and unable to walk. The doctor took an x-ray and there is no spine damage or any other bone damage. His internal organs seemed to be intact as he is eating, drinking, pooing and peeing well.

The only problem now is that, he can't walk and it may be nerve damage as he has suffered head trauma. He is currently on anti-biotics and also nerve regeneration tablets.

My question is, is there a cure for nerve damage? Or is there any other way to assist him in walking again? Or is there a way to find out what is really wrong?

The sight of a previously active dog now lying down most of the time is unbearable. He is quiet and doesn't seem to have the will to go on.

Please help.

STOP DOG CATCHING COMPETITION

my friend has just informed me that majlis perbandaran selayang is organising a dog catching competition that is opened to the public. and....they are actually offering prize money of up to rm15k. please, i am begging you all dog lovers to unite and make some noise to stop this crazy competition as it is absolutely barbaric.

it is the most inhumane thing to do. already the municipal dog catchers are not good dog handlers when catching stray dogs, imagine what will happen if an untrained person tries to catch a dog. i cannot even imagine the contraptions that some will create to catch a dog in trying to win the prize money.

so please, spread this around to as many people as possible. start a petition or send letters to the press to stop it. please visit cleopatrathelabrador.blogspot.com for more details and how you can help to make this stop.

for all of you that is staying in selayang, please keep your dogs indoors as some unscrupulous people might just resort to dognapping in order to make money.
