Is it normal to have period cramps but not having period? My cycle is in a mess now, I'm late 6 days but had menstrual cramps last few days.

My beloved grandmother just passed away, and I noticed my SO comments n add those sexy girls in kl cui sui group just like usual, I'm angry at him but I know it's not like he is responsible for anything . I'm just torn apart or maybe I'm just in a loss after my grandma's death.

She took care of me since I was a baby when my mum was busy working, taught us alot of things about life, the greatest cook ever.. she always make sure there is warm homemade food on the table, waking up early in the morning to prepare breakfast to making dinner for all of us every single day.

I regret it that after I moved out, the times I spent with her gets lesser. Then she had kidney failure and was diagnosed with cancer. She was the type to never voice out unless the pain is getting unbereable. I watched her from an energetic person that loves watching hokkien movies and growing flowers to becoming sickly fragile and skinny lady that even putting on shoes or moving her feet, she is incapable of doing it herself.

Just a few days ago, she told my mother she can't do it anymore, she wants to go 'back'. On her deathbed, we held her hands and told her that we are prepared if she ever wants to let go. But I did not expect she would pass on just the next day after..
I regret that I did not hug her and kiss her for all the things she had done. But I'm glad she is no longer suffering in pain atleast.

Thank you grandma for all the time u sacrificed for us, now every reunion will be missing a person. They say time heals.. I hope I'll be able to move on as well.
