Where to buy Laptop (with CC 0% installments)

I'm need to buy a new laptop for personal + work soon, current laptop ded. looking at maybe Lenovo legion or Asus zephyrus g14.

I don't have a Maybank/HSBC card for buying with installment online.

Where is the best place I can buy in person & get installment plan using credit card? With options. Some electronic stores i see they only have old model laptops. Thanks.

Online Shopping From Overseas

Hi, I would like to ask if anyone has had experience dealing with online purchase from overseas ?

I actually plan to buy some clothes and bags from UK/EU but i'm concerned on the taxes etc. Previously I know there were issues with very high taxes on packages coming in to Malaysia due to unclear/unknown tax rules.

I would like to know how does GST apply ? and when do I get taxed ? I have tried checking customs website but is all very confusing and not clear on online purchases from overseas.

Price of items + shipping and insurance over RM 500 will get taxed. But its not an official Customs website so i'm still unsure.

Could any of you share your experience on dealing with online shopping from overseas ?
