I am currently looking to hire a full time Digital Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing, integrating and managing digital platforms including design conceptualization, content creation, campaigns, promotions, engagements and conversion strategies, ongoing analysis, improvements and planning.
• Curate relevant content to reach and continually increase the project targeted segments.
• Create, publish and manage all social media contents, settings and maintaining high standards for content quality, credibility and online reputation enhancements.
• Working with agencies, clients and vendors to carry out tasks and projects.
• Other administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as when assigned.

Requirements
• Proficient in graphic and video editing software
• Required language: English, Mandarin
• t least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Guidance Needed On Social Media/Influencer Marketg

Hi fellow forum-ers, social media, digital marketing gurus and sifus,

• 2 years ago, I started a Facebook page around the inspirational niche. Being a self-taught, I learnt on how to grow my page and along the way created other social media account platforms and a website.

• Up till present, I have now around 1M+ real fans on my Facebook page, 13K+ on Instagram, 1.3M monthly viewers on Pinterest and am steadily growing the others too. These are real legit people and not purchased.

• My aim was to monetize them but unfortunately, I haven't had much luck despite the reach I'm getting. Growing social media accounts is one thing, learning to monetize is another skill in itself which I'm having a hard time at it. It's not as easy as it looks like.

• I'm willing to meet up, learn and seek guidance from someone who have had real experience when it comes to monetizing. I'm open for discussion, opportunity, collaboration, agreement in exchange for guidance.

• Due to discretion reason, I will not be exposing the accounts out in public. But of course, this is definitely something I will share with in private and really, if you'll be awesome enough to guide/discuss about it.

My name is J and currently I run a small designing company for about 2 years plus now. I am constantly on a lookout for opportunities and finding ways on how I can diversify.

Though not something new, I have observed and understood the income opportunity of coin-operated DIY laundries. The intention here is not that it'll make you rich but the ROI is fairly decent and provides cash flow opportunity with the least effort (not Zero effort)

I intend to leverage on the support and brand of a particular DIY laundry opportunity and have done the necessary talk and discussion with the respective sales representative.

In terms of locality, I have eyed on one and have done talking with the agent as well. I am confident that the spot will garner a particular crowd that finds DIY laundry fairly beneficial for them which equates to income for us.

All that is now required is that I am looking for angel investors to be part of this venture. I don't have much of a fund myself personally but I am willing to work and put in the needed effort for it. As there's a Chinese saying that goes,: Got money, put money. Got energy, put energy.

If anyone is keen (serious in it) heads up, the startup amount needed for franchise+location=RM314K, expecting 2 years+ for initial capital break even, let's discuss how we can work it out.

Income credibility matter

Dear sifus-sifus sekalian,

Please advice and enlighten me on my following scenario.

For 2 years now, I have been running my own business with my partner. It's a fairly small business and as of now, our accounts hasn't come to a stage where it's gaining profit just yet.

Therefore, from this business, we have not taken any form of 'salary' from it.

My partner has another full time job where else I am full timer for our business. For 2 years, my so called 'income' is provided by my partner from his portion of his full-time salary on cash basis.

I understand that I would have to establish somewhat an income credibility in order for the banks to evaluate my loan as I am keen to invest in properties some time soon.

So far based on my research and information gathered, these are the 'options' that were shared so I could start building my income credibility.

1. Start receiving month pay/salary+epf+socso from our business.
However, the thing that I ponder upon is that my business hasn't been making any profit yet so it would add up to our expenses.

2. Request 'help' from established company to issue monthly salary slip+epf+socso to you as if like you are really employed there. (of course how to settle/repay are just the back-end matters)

3. Set up another company of your own and pay your self salary each month. But I would have to find ways to 'declare' or 'make up' the kind of so-called income that my company would have and besides, I heard it would be better if the company's been 2 years or more.
