Hi all, I am Afiq from AQ Services, a mystery shopping company.

I bet most of you have Astro at home right? Do you want to evaluate Astro's customer service?

We are having a project now where you need to pay a visit to Astro service center near your location and meet an agent there to inquire about certain scenarios.

Ask the agent some questions that we already provided and after the visit, you need to right a report based on your findings.

To make it more accurate, you need to audio record your conversation with the agent from the beginning till the end.

We will reward you with RM40 for each visit.

The due date is by this Saturday, 15/07/2017.

Any superbike owner here?

Hello bikers,

I am looking for ONE superbike owner based in Kuantan to help me perform a mystery visit to a super bike showroom.

During the visit, he/she needs to inquire about a bike and then listen and evaluate the presentation and the staff's product knowledge.

After the visit, he/she will fill in a survey questionnaires prepared by us and once the report is finalized, we will remit the shop fee payment to his/her bank account.

Upon successful visit, he/she will be rewarded RM150 as reward/shop fee.

The due date is this coming Saturday so I really really need somebody urgently to perform the visit.

Currently we are looking for shoppers for a bank mystery visits in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

You will be assigned to a specific scenario and during the visit, you need to observe the quality of presentation by the sales consultant and also the overall customer service at the bank.

You should be:
- aged 20 and above
- have basic knowledge of English
- a man of his word
- able to do visit alone
- able to submit the report within 24 hours after the visit
