Is it worth? How abt money value? The house value itself? Will the value of property there will increase? Im afraid that no one interested to buy. I feel a bit lost now. I currently stay at Setiawangsa. But seems like once the house done, I need to move to that area (outside of the kl). Im wokring at Bangsar South, although its 2years ahead (will be done around mid of 2018) I am quite worry abt the traffic, distance and cost that might take up.<br />Does it okay to stay there?
