SEGI, UTAR, UNITAR - which one is good for IT

Hello, I am planning to pursue an undergraduate degree on IT from Malaysia as an international student.
My preferred Uni is currently Segi Damansara Campus also considering UTAR and UNITAR. I am bit confused as I see all of them have both positive and negative feedback in this forum and most of them are old threads but I really appreciate your honest feedback between these three Universities. Which one would be good to enroll? Thanks in advance.

Need suggestion to buy used car at cheapest price

Hello Good People,
Very soon I am moving to Malaysia for both Study and Business purpose. I am planning to buy a car right after reaching there as I will have to move frequently here and there.
Till now I don't have any car and I don't have much experience on cars as well. This will be my first car. So I think this is the best place to get suggestions from expert people in Malaysia.

As I will just shift there and various expenses right now, also I feel to have a car, I decided to buy an used car at cheapest price as I can.

So, Now my questions are:

# Which brand and model would be the best and safe to buy as second hand sedan car. My budget is around 12k right now. The lower the better. But based on the situation I can increase my budget a bit. So, you can advice whatever is best. I don;t have plan to drive it for lifetime but wanting to get a good service for 3-5 years at least. BTW, Hatchback is not in my preference as I need space in the car as well.

# What major stuffs to look first before buying second hand car in KL.

# I googled a lot and found out the agents/agencies who sell used cars are not always honest. They hide car year model, change engines and so on. Can you suggest me from where I can buy the car without any hassle?

# Any other suggestions you think I should follow?

I would really appreciate if you could help me. Thanks in advance.
