Any sifus out there experience the same?

On uneven roads as my CR-Z will become unsettled, especially the rear. As the car starts to bounce along with the unevenness.
And sometimes when i cruise around tight corners, i feel that my car is lfted from the ground.

Do you think an anti rolling bar will help or changing the suspension?

I hope after such addition or modification, my car will provide me a "firmer" feeling when driving on uneven roads.

Please advise.
