The control ring around the lens is not working. Other than that everything else is in working conditions. It is an old camera so cosmetic wise I'd say about 7/10, scuff marks here and there. No dents as I've never dropped it. The previous owner might have, since I got the camera with the control ring broken.

For me it is a perfect travel camera as it works flawlessly as a point and shoot. The auto mode will satisfy most people, even myself.

For sale is a lightly used 7artisans 25mm f1.8 manual lens for the Canon EF-M mount. It was bought in April so the condition is almost new, still in warranty. Box and receipt will be included. The lens will also come with the front and back cap.

I've upgraded to the canon 22mm lens with auto focus so this lens became redundant for me. I would prefer to let this go to a new owner that will utilize it more than I will.

Lens is clean with normal wear and tear. Some paint chipping here and there on the body, especially on the filter ring. Optically there are no issues other than a bit of dust and the coating showing some signs of aging, which does not affect photo quality. The aperture and focusing rings are perfectly smooth with a long focus throw. This lens has a manual and auto switch so there will be no issue if your adapter does not have a pin depressing flange.

The UV filter looks clean but I have not personally used it.

Item(s) conditions: 100% functional. Shutter count around 15k last I check. Cosmetics wise, all good. No cracks or scratches. Kit lens got a bit of fungus, not a big deal as it doesn't affect photos. To clean up a kit lens cost as much as a mint used kit lens, so no point. Perfect first camera for any beginners wanting to dip into the world of photography.

Reason for sale: I want something small and portable that I can carry with me everywhere. I'm willing swap with any of the Sony RX100 series, Fuji X100 series, etc.

Item(s) conditions: Pristine. No fungus, haze or separation. Of course, there are cleaning marks on lenses this old but rest assured it does not affect the photo quality. The outer appearance is almost perfect with minimal signs of wear and tears. Did I mention body is made entirely out of metal? You won't find any plastic on this lens. The focusing ring is smooth and perfectly dampened and the aperture ring clicks into position without any issue. It is an auto lens, meaning that it has a pin that can be used for DOF peaking on older cameras. But on modern cameras, that feature is quite obsolete. This lens can be switched to manual using a small switch near the aperture ring, so no need to superglue the pin like some legacy lenses out there. As for performance, this lens is perfect for skin tones IMO with it's rather neutral colors. It renders the subject's skin tone to glow beautifully. Combined with its beautiful bokeh, this lens is a joy to use for portraits. If you shoot with Sony A7 series, this is the perfect lens for your portraiture work.

Reason for sale: I'm a Nikon DX shooter. This lens is made for Pentax full frame, though you may adapt to other brands of camera. Mirrorless cameras will adapt this lens perfectly. Nikon however, will not focus to infinity unless the lens is modified. Initially I wanted to use this lens for portraits so the fact that I cannot focus to infinity was not a big deal. But I ended up not doing a lot of portraiture work with it as its field of view is way too tight on DX due to the crop factor.

Is threatening to hit a person a criminal act?

As per title.

Anyhow, I got into a heated argument with a fellow gym goer last night. He was accusing me of hogging the rack, when there is another rack outside the gym he can use. But he was adamant of using exactly the one I'm using. Me and him have bad blood in the past, so no I was not gonna share when there is a perfectly functioning rack somewhere else in the gym for him to use.

Without going into too much details, he insulted me calling me a "lady", because I said I was here first. I was like, ya ya fuck you.

Then he threatened to hit me, standing inches to my face. He said, "What did you say to me? Do you know I hit people in this gym before?" with his hands raised.

I replied, "If you don't want someone to say "fuck you" to you, well maybe don't start insulting people ey?" We got into a staring contest but I was not backing down. He ended up just grunting and left the vicinity.

No, I'm not justifying anything. I think the situation can be handled better.

But the question remain, he threatened to hit me. That was a threat right? I wanna pursue this motherfucker and lodge a police report if what he did is a criminal offense. I wanna get his ass deported fro the country if possible.

Gym Equipment Reviews

Yo guys, do we have any dedicated thread meant for reviews of gym equipment? I'm talking about barbells, power cages, compression pants, self timers, headphones, tripods, belts, rollers, shoes, SMR stuff, chalk, straps, wrist wraps, etc. These things can get quite pricey and I know I'd like to have a review of somebody else's experience with them first before committing to a purchase. I haven't seen any. It would also be very useful IMO if for each review, the reviewer provides a link or an address of where to get that particular equipment. If we don't have a thread like that do you think it might be beneficial to set up one? I have a shitload of gear I can post reviews of to begin with. This way we can remove the need to create a thread asking where to buy things or if any particular equipment is good, etc. Most of these things can be googled, but there's nothing wrong in getting the opinion of the fitness community here in this forum, I've been seeing a few of these threads as of late. Heck we can make some sort of a request system whereby people can ask current owner/user of an equipment if its worth the money. If we add service providers like active release therapy or chiropractors, that would be quite useful too.

So what do you guys think?
