Non-essential Private Company force employee work

I was wondering

If non-essential private company do not heed the movement restriction from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020, and request the employee come to work as usual.

1. Will the company get fined?
2. If the employee being detained on the road to office, how?

Currently gain interest in these 2 cars as the second hand car price for these 2 is relatively affordable. So before signing the dotted line, would like to explore on the possibilities.

AFAIK -

VW Scirocco R stocks already comes with higher power and with some chip already can gain some serious HP
- Have few list of reputable tuner

Meanwhile Toyota 86/BRZ stocks is N/A and requires to add B.O.T or Turbo to gain some serious HP, HKS B.O.T promise to gain around 100+ HP
- Not sure which tuner to go
- Dilemma to take up B.O.T or regular Turbo for stage 2

Need some advice on these two car in terms of Which one easier, worth, cheaper to mod? any advise and suggestion is much appreciated
