Overlapping Employment

Hiiii

My scenario is, am working with COMPANY A tht hving 1 month notice period and will be paid the 13th month salary upon completing employment for a year. At the same time I might have just enough leave to be used to buy out 2 month

Question is, if COMPANY B about to offer me on early Oct me and ok for me to serve tht 1 month notice, but at the same time i don want to lose tht 13th bonus, is it possible for me to have overlapping employment let say on Nov and Dec?

will put my notice as 31st Dec last day, but last physical day is 31st Oct and on Nov and Dec will be still under employment of COMPANY A but use tht leave for 2 month. At the same time joining COMPANY B on 1st Nov. with this I will be earning both and getting my 13th month bonus in Jan.

is there any law forbiding this or maybe some hiring company don prefer this?
