I just came back from barber cut hair for cny
From 2021 RM20, 2022 RM22, now become RM25, increase 13.6%.

Few days back drink Kopi ice, 2021 RM2.20 now RM2.70, increase 22%

Business premise lesen renewal increase 30% for next 3yrs! Meaning each fucking year increase 30%. Wtf???

No need talk food, overall at least 40%

Wtf is goin on? Is this the age of greed? How the fuck do new grads or young ppl survive in this kinda econ?

I see now even houses turn into makan stalls. No need pay lesen. Free rent. Wtfff. Dun wanna post pic later labeled as racist.

Need help. Netflix can’t detect ultra uhd on my pc

Hi sifus out there I need help cause kinda stuck in the situation.
I subscribed the premium Netflix just to check out the Uhd content. Problem is the option is not available and I’ve done the below from googling stuff.

I’ve used:
1) Netflix app (windows)
2) Edge (supposedly support 4K)

But both still stuck at 1080p.

I also installed the HEVC video thing. No 4K. (Btw my pc can view 4K hdr on YouTube)

Updated my windows. No 4K.

I’ve chatted with their customer support and followed all their instruction. No 4K.

So now this is my last place to seek info. If anyone encounter this problem and solved it will be of great help. Thanks!

A Chicago hospital treating severe Covid-19 patients with Gilead Sciences’ antiviral medicine remdesivir in a closely watched clinical trial is seeing rapid recoveries in fever and respiratory symptoms, with nearly all patients discharged in less than a week, STAT has learned.

Remdesivir was one of the first medicines identified as having the potential to impact SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes Covid-19, in lab tests. The entire world has been waiting for results from Gilead’s clinical trials, and positive results would likely lead to fast approvals by the Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory agencies. If safe and effective, it could become the first approved treatment against the disease.

The University of Chicago Medicine recruited 125 people with Covid-19 into Gilead’s two Phase 3 clinical trials. Of those people, 113 had severe disease. All the patients have been treated with daily infusions of remdesivir.

Noob questions sifus, got 2:

1) To get hourly incentive meaning the app have to be on for 1hr? If turn off before it not qualify?

2) Let’s say I fetch 1 person and quickly switch from grabcar to grabcar plus do I still qualify for the hourly incentive if the app is on?

Should i sell or keep property

Hi guys,

I need some info.

Currently i got a property still haven't paid off. I don't live there but it's a form of investment.

Based on the economy condition of our country, I have 2 desires:

1) Sell my property - so can keep cash?
2) Keep my property - if get retrenched can go back live in the place

Reason i am asking is i would like to know what will happen if:
1) Malaysia defaults. Will the banks go bust? And automatically i'll lose my property?
2) Will the interest be affected in anyway if a recession comes? Meaning i'll have to pay more each month?

Basically what i want to know is that, is it a wise choice to even hold a property now or keep cash instead? Cause RM also losing value and i think it will continue to go down.

Appreciate the feedbacks.
