I just got invited to attend a OPP regarding a private equity which organized by this Potential Excelerate group ltd from Singapore. This company hold over 33 project which 30-40% share and their aim is to look forward for any potential business like Artificial Intelligence , Virtual Reality, Medical Technology, Green Technology and so on...they are plan to get IPO in Australia , roughly around may or june they will get listed on board at Australia , so they are looking for pre-ipo investor which can earn 3-5 times in the future after they get listing in Australia and further on to HK.
Anyone here know about this company and this pre-ipo investment project ?

How to check the status of APDL in Malaysia ?

[B] Hi guys, I am planning to buy a property at kepong area, but what agent told me is the developer havent get the APDL ( Advertising Permit & Developer License ) yet , and i've been searched for google about this project, it was started 3-4 months ago, and until now still not getting the APDL .
So is there any way i can check for status of APDL ? *ps:btw the project i been researching is [ MIZUMI RESIDENCE ].
