Side of the road parking. How to prevent it?

Neighbour factory not enough car park space. End up all the staff park outside my company entrance side.

3 accidents happen already this year due to people going out of my office side cannot see car coming or car cannot see them coming out.

Talk to factory owner but they don’t care. Local council also said don’t want to come saman for parking along the road.

Any suggestions to solve kthx
