Reason for sale:
My printer (HP 2545) is faulty. Going to buy a new printer to replace it.
1 of the black ink has just been opened because I thought that the black cartridge in the printer was not working.
I put in the new one also not working. Later found out that it's the printer that's spoilt.
So, there's 1 used black cartridge with little ink left and 1 OPENED BUT NOT USED cartridge.

Most likely it will be a warranty by a local reseller.
Direct D is way too expensive. RM7xx.

I found a few on Lazada at RM4xx. But they don't provide warranty because they ship from China.
When I asked about warranties, they told me to contact Lazada if there is any issue with the watch.

All about selling your business

Hi guys. I am selling my business, a cafe, but not sure what are the correct procedures. I hope that sifus here can help me.
So, our company name (Company A) is different from our cafe name (Cafe A).
Basically, we are selling only Cafe A.

My questions are:
1) When we sell it to another company (or person), how do we transfer Cafe A to him/her? As far as I know, there is nothing to "tie" Cafe A to Company A. Hence, my question.
2) Is it necessary to hire a lawyer to do the transfer? If it's not necessary and both parties agree, we would like to do without the lawyer to keep the cost low. Will a signed agreement serve the purpose?
3) Will Company A be taxed for this sale?
4) Any other concerns that I need to be aware of?

HELP! Nikon D90 mirror stuck halfway!

Hi guys!

I was taking photos of my 2 month old daughter, and suddenly my D90's shutter sound stopped.
I pressed shutter button again, and it feels like the motor tried to move, but couldn't. Sounds like something is whirring.
So, I took off the lens, and found out that the mirror was stuck halfway, as per attached photo.

I would like to try to DIY fix this first. Any idea/suggestions, please?
If really cannot, only will send to camera shop to fix.

As stated in the subject, what's the difference between the below?

1) Sandisk Extreme III (Class 6)

lowyatians, please beware of a 2-door BMW WNN 3131.
just now when i was turning from kuchai lama to old klang road, the car suddenly cut into my lane from the 3rd lane.
i honk him, the driver braked hard in an attempt to make me hit his car, and the passenger threw some rubbish out.
he nearly made me crashed onto the side curb.
it was a very nice black and white BMW.
2 young people inside.
it was really dangerous. just want to warn you guys.
this is the second time i faced something like this. last time, it was also a nice BMW.
must be somebody somebody's son.
sigh...
i really really hope, at the bottom of my heart that he will crash into a tree and die, so that he will not cause anyone else to suffer an accident.
