Opinion on Arab tennant

Hello guys

Im renting out my apartment to an Arab family.

Apparently he is working with oil & gas company and got transferred here from Middle East

Having a second thought after a fren told me that they usually is not a good tennant. Dont really take care of the house and expect me to fork out more money to repair damages done to the house.

Any of you guys have experience with them?

good or bad pls share
