After numerous post here in Lowyat, i thought i would share something nice for those of you who are looking to renovate your house.

I'll tell you my story. I am extremely satisfied after purchasing from FO Sin Aluminium Dan Kaca Sdn Bhd over 20 years! I met the boss of Fo Sin / New Way and it changed my life be it in real estate renovation business or my personal financing life. I saved LOTS in renovating houses of my rental properties.

I'll personally share and tell you how to get cheap curtain accessories etc in Malaysia. I have done this to 40-50 of my rental properties. THE CHEAPEST way to install curtain in your house.

All you need is
1) Curtain Railings (Aluminium <-- the best and last long)
2) Curtain Brackets (To hold railings)
3) Curtain Rollers (Self explanatory)
4) Curtain Hooks (Self Explanatory)
5) Curtain End Cap (To prevent rollers from sliding out)
6) Curtains

Or if you really want to visit New Way, Look for Edmond. Go in the glass door and say ypu want to meet Edmond. He's the boss of Fo Sin and New Way. You;ll get a much cheaper price from him than anyone else.

I own a manufacturing business but currenly is being operated in "old fashion" outdated style. Almost everything is done manually. I plan to implement POS system to my business soon. I just graduated and soon will help my dad to expand his company. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hi Guyz,

I just graduated and currently is new to the business world. I plan to continue my dad's business and currently has lots of ideas to improve/expand it. The problem i am facing now is that ALL Sales/marketing methods are done manually. To speed up process, i plan to involve computers in doing daily retailing sales.

Basically, my business is to manufacture and distribute as well as doing some retail business. I have got a factory in Shah Alam to manufacture aluminum products and too, everything is done manually through labor.

Do you guyz have any specific ideas as to which software to purchase to improve my sales system?

Yesterday i sent a few applications to a few companies for an Internship job. After an hour, one company contacted me, should i accept it straight away? (Small Company actually) Or should i wait for other companies?

What should i do now? IF i accept it, i will most likely miss an opportunity to work in a large company like Accenture/Ranhill?
