I know it is quite immature to ask this kind of advice from the internet because you don't really care, but my mental state is really poor now and i make poor judgement n decisions.

My degree intake was one year later than my peers for no gud reason
I did not fail but I wasn't thinking straight and dropped a few subjects in my final year. Now I am going to extend at least one sem. It bothers me cuz i didn't have to delay more but i do now for no gud reason.

Therefore in total i am delaying a little less than 2 years. (or degree grad at nearly 25yo, nearly a year slower than stpm route, nearly 2 years slower than the pre-Us, and i attended private preU for the sake of fast grad in the first place)

Can you tell me why is it so bad to extend?
These reasons concern me:
-opportunity cost (monetary+career development+investment gains from the capital)
-don't look good on CV (i have no excuse, delay caused is pure stupidity, immaturity, weakness, irresponsibility.)
-bad for parents waiting to rely on me. (My siblings and relatives see me n smh cuz i study instead of feeding family, now they shake more cuz i delay)
-missing out life (i am really not doing much in college, nor i know how to do more)

Are there more i ddn't know?
How to reduce the impact?

Neurobion Vit B1, B6, B12 as supplement?

I read somewhere that high dose of vitamin b6 and b12 can reduce certain problems and enhance myself.

I bought the Neurobion thinking it is supplement,
each pill contains
- 100 mg vit B1 (thiamine disulfide)
- 200 mg vit B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)
- 200 mcg B12 (cyanocobalamin)
- fish gelatin

However i read the indication it says:
"Indicated for neurological and other disorders associated with disturbance of metabolic functions influenced by B complex vitamins, including diabetic polyneuropathy, alcoholic peripheral neuritis and post influenzal neuropathies. Neurobion is also recommended for the treatment of neuritis and neuralgia of the spinal nerves, especially facial paresis cervical syndrome, low back pain, ishchialgia,"

The instruction also says that "...The effect of L-dopa may be reduced when vitamin B6 is administered concomitantly...Loop diuretics, eg furosemide: In long-term use, the blood level of thiamine may be reduced...prolonged overdose of vit B6, ie for longer than 2 months and more than 1g per day, may lead to neurotoxic effect..."

It also talks about what follow-up therapy for course of injections..
The description looks more like medicine than supplement.

Can i take it regularly without having any of the conditions mentioned above?

How do government regulate businesses such as food truck, set up on private properties such as universities, office buildings, houses?

I googled around and found out it requires a permit, stating your location, to let the government knows you are allowed to operate in that specific spot.
