WTA GTX580 black screen at startup

Hey everyone!
I recently started getting a black screen of death on start up right after the windows logo. Windows 7 64
I can boot normally with out gtx 580 drivers and in safe mode but as soon as I install any gtx 580 drivers I get blacked/blue screened depending on the driver. I currently have asus p8p67 pro mb and evga geforce gtx 580.psu corsair hx 650w .this build hv been used for 3 years.
Ive tried just about everything(drive sweeper , manual uninstall driver ,update mb bios,remove the driver(monitor n display card driver) from device manager,just install display card driver ,plug gtx 580 to other pci e slot ,plug different dvi port,use ccleaner clear register,install latest driver (beta o recommend)o downgrade to older version)
and Im running out of ideas. Any input would help!!!!!!

p.s :if my display card hv broken ,n i hv budget around rm 1200 ,what display card can be suggest for my current rig?ati o nvidia??

new question is this will my mb asus p8p67 pro ,intel 2600k ,corsair hx 650w ,
can support r9 290 ,r9 280x,o gtx 770?fear will bottleneck the gpu... hmm.gif

cant format....i insert windows 7 installation usb pen drive,keep stuck on loading screen of installation process,here my spec.

i7-2600k
asus P8P67 pro
evga gtx580sc
kingston value ram 8 g
corsair 650 psu
samsung 2TB F4 HD204UI

is that my harddisk problem? everything loading like slow motion.thank in advance.

casing fan cable

i want to ask normal casing fan got 3pin connector n i using 4 pin molex connector to connect it power,so normal molex connector got male n female connector,if i connect 2 o more fan using 1 power supply by connect it's male n female connector,do it stable for power supply n the casing fan will safe for this method?thank for any info...no familiar electrical work..

budget 1.1k to 1.2k cant afford more than this,budget include monitor, mouse,keyboard & etc to be pc.any advice o info will be accepted.help my sister build a new pc.thank for any 1 who help.

i going to upgrade my display card (8800GTX to GTX580),the problem is my psu can handle it?

here my old (3 years)pc spec:

intel duo core 2.66
CM igreen 600W
motherbroand dont know which model dont hv name on it...just know intel brand
harddisk maxtor 300G,1tb *2
imation dvd-writer
kingston hyper x ddr2 1G*2
os:windown xp 32bit

so,my pc can upgrade o buy a new full psu for it?if got other problem pls tell me.
1 more question,my casing r small even the 8800gtx is just enough to fix in it n i no c gtx580 in actual size,so r the gtx 580 r same size with 8800gtx o much more bigger?

so,i take the advice upgrade the whole rig for gc,the problem is i cant decide take which motherboard
