Cheapest compact camera on time lapse photo

can Panasonic Lumix DMC-S3 or Nikon Coolpix S220 do time lapse photography? I did saw some forum and youtube video of S220 doing time lapse photography. I am aiming to do an laboratory indoor experiment, programmed to take approximately one picture every 10 minutes for 20 hours.

If both could not do so, what is the cheapest camera available that can be doing this feature?

I aim to change battery in the 10 minutes intervals and how many GB memory card I need?

Choosing 5 uni out of a long list to apply is far easier than choosing a uni to study out of 5 uni.

I have gotten MPharm conditional offers from:

London School of Pharmacy(Uni of London) or LSoP
Cardiff
Bath
Queen's Belfast
Manchester

Each has pros and cons in various aspects term of location (Bath is way up the hill, 1st year in UoL Hall, but 2nd year may be travelling tube if live in zone 2 n 3,quite tiring for daily basis, Queen is separated by a sea from Great Britain) , accomodation (London has small room in UoL Intercollegiate Hall than other), but based on teaching quality from those who had been or friends, any recommendation?

In term of cost, under JPA scholarship, I was given 950 pound per month for London, 800 for Bath and 650 for other UK region, to pay accomodation n other cost of living. Dunno is it sufficient?

Is the examinations or lecturers rigid or strict? Because I heard in LSoP, the lecturers will kick a student out if he or she is late by 5 minutes. . If possible, can any1 share any friends' or personal experience, if dont mind in any other SoP (School of Pharmacy)? What had u heard about strictness n rigidness in other SoP? A rigidity n strictness of a SoP may cause a lower 1st Class Honour percentage, which is a target n mission of all graduates.

i wonder which has better lecturers n teaching quality for MPharm?according to guardian n times,king dont fare tat well for 2009....dunno y....but king's college overall uni ranking is among d highest.....but i dunno employer prefer lsop or king's?some say employer prefer top uni(king's to b spesific here alto it slack this year in pharmacy....wat ur opinion?

i have choosen cardiff,bath,manchester,queen belfast .......i dunno wat to put at my last choice......or should i drop any to insert both of them?i really wanna enter d top......

i m deciding to study MPharm there.But one thing i wanna ask,to go to England,is there any economical way tat is by ship/ferry or is plane the only way? I fancy going Euro trip as well during my study so i wanna ask will it caz any inconvience?will it cause slight burn in a pocket or a BIG burn in a pocket compared to other England or Wales student(if i choose UK other than belfast)?

if no,i just wanna ask something.school of pharmacy is located in Brunswick Square in Bloomsbury, London.

What zone this is situated?bcaz i hear zone1-2 expensive n zone3-6 cheaper?how much d accomodation here? Is there any hall provided by the school?if no,is there any accomodation nearby 2 schools with i dont have to travel which is quite tedious n burn a hole in pocket...how is the teaching quality...thx...if possible,provide figure for accomodation n cost of living...thx

I cannot apply to king's college which needs all individuals ielts band 7 and uni of bath all individuals ielts band 6.5.I m informed that if i want to enter these 2 uni,i have 2 option:

1. Taking IELTS asap n attempt until i get d required INDIVIDUAL bands before i apply.Improving english in such a short time,i afraid i will not get d required individual band.2 dates of IELTS remain:9 august or 16 august as UCSI internal closing date is 5 september

2. In UCAS form,i put IELTS as pending n attempt it after A2 level exam where i have more time to improve my english as i m taking 3 science n 1 math in A2 which is quiet hectic.The weakness of this is that if i have a candidate at par with me at AS result,personal statement.A pending IELTS candidate(me) n a candidate which already fulfill d ielts requirement,without doubt,they ll choose the candidate which already fulfill d ielts requirement.AND SEND e-mail or a written formal letter to uni of bath or king's college london.The another weakness of this option is that I am not sure they will receive my e-mail or letter if i opt to this option as e-mail or formal letter maybe ignored by some university officer.

My Questions are:
1. If I go to the school of pharmacy,do i get the same degree/certificate as those in king's college?
2. What is the best 5 pharmacy in my list?I search through league table,but some say league table unrealible,and uni website jz sell themselves.I will spend my 4 long year in UK,do not want to feel regret later.I dont know the uni individually as i never been to UK,no direct exposure of information from "horse's mouth".

3. ARE uni of bath n king's college worth dying for?I fulfill all ielts requirement except these two choices.

I really wanna get into the top uni in UK because i will b spending 4 years in a foreign land.pharmacy is a TOUGH subject.this is what many said.i do not want to end up in confusion in substandard university.

I really hope i can make my lucky 5 choices w/o regret later.Thank you in advance.

I need band 7 overall n band 7 in all 4 parts.my previous result is overall 7,l8,r8,w6.5,s6....but i didnt consider re-mark tat time n straight away re-test on yesterday.I had done my 2nd attempt of IELTS and i am tired to re-sit,re-sit again bcaz i have a lot of commitment in hands and A-level is not easy,believe me.

I m understood that i can either re-mark one or more(2,3 or all 4parts) with the same fee.Money is not an issue here bcaz i really phobia of re-sitting as i have a lot of commitments left untouched.I m understood that money will be refunded(as i say money is not an issue to me) if the band increase.

My worries are:
1. Is it possible that my re-mark result is of lower band than the band i previously got in my test report?Will they decrease my band?

2. Which is more likely(i know the most probability is unchanged): increase or decrease,especially in writing or speaking?

3. I assume re-mark of listening n reading will NOT likely to change mark.Is it NOT likely or just one in a million or it may change as well

going back hometown study....wise?

i have my study leave b4 edexcel AS exam from may 1 to may 11...then may12 start AS exam.

not sure wanna come back onot coz i afraid i wont study bcaz house is too comfortable

-but now every weekend my roomate go home,so holiday sure he go back also,klang only ma.....then if i dont go home,i would end up like every weekend,see no ppl study(2 ppl in a room n a toilet n bathroom for the whole floor)

so wat ur opinion?if i go home in kangar,perlis ,i have to carry the whole stack of book ...bringing is one thing,reading is another thing....bcaz i afraid i dunno something,i wanna refer(coz no1 to ask)

wat u all opinion?s.haha...but i m very super kiasu n hardworking during spm...but come here,,,,go room 2 room n kacau ppl until ppl fed up with me....but most ppl go back except sabah ppl....this exam is damn important...,depend on this result...dead or alive

IELTS retake

I took my IELTS on 8 March 2008.I got Listening 8.0,Reading 8.0,Writing 6.5,Speaking 6.0 and overall Band 7.0.

The result sheet have columns for repeating ielts(Y/N)which is N for me as this is my first time,previous test date and previous test centre(which the uni will know IF we REtake the exam).

if i get all As for my AS n international students also get the same grade,wat really difer us beside personal statement is .....of course IELTS band

althought we didnt send document thru ucas,but i think they can find out as ielts got partnership with a lot of institutions.

writing 6.5 and overall band 7 are dangerous as i only meet the minimum requirement of most universities.

I may consider retaking IELTS at July 5th 2008 after my AS-Level exam.

My worries are:
1. Will the retake tarnish my UCAS application for MPharm,although no document sent?

2. What IF(of course i will not let this happen),the grade for retake lower than the 1st attempt?Or some parts higher than 1st attempt and some sections lower?Will i enjoy the best of both worlds or I suffer either way?

-listening?i cant really hear wat they say clearly n i have short term memory....

since i come to KL,i have been very lazy to study....i ll sit for my unit 1 n 2 edexcel paper but i still lazing around...DAYDREAMING....i was not like this during spm time...i study day n nite....n i never wander around...BUT now,mayb long time never touch book o wat, do any1 know how to restore the kiasuness in me?i need to take 3 sc n 1 mat...i m afraid,that's y i seek help here...how to make myself out of daydreaming

what laptop should i buy.... vista or non-vista...wat requirements is recommended

sorry now i prefer online than gaming...coz after spm,when i play 3D game,my head is quite dizzy...b4 that,i m ok n have no prob in gaming...so i think my laptop do not have to have great graphic card or etc...

i prefer dell laptop but ppl say hard to find service centre if something wrong as dell do not have middle-man...acer have middle-man n service centre all over M'sia,but of coz more expensive(i pay the salary of the service centre)..hohoho

yes,i think my intake is mid-june...pharmacy dont have to require hi-tech spesification,rite? no autocad blablabla? any special programme i need to know or master for pharmacy programme?

i m a male n i get pharmacy uk... i feel that most who get pharmacy is female

ya,bcaz most male apply courses like engineering n most female apply courses like pharmacy...so there is some gender gap in some courses,,,,

jz to express opinion..female-domination in pharmacy field happen this year only or happen all the time?

many of my friends until now actually still ask me tat y i take pharmacy bcaz they see tat most male take medic n engineering

French/canada engineering Vs other engineering

actually i quite wonder y i havent heard any1 get french/canada engineering...meaning the ppl apply is very few

And i c many apply german engineering...it is like a trend now....
last time,jpa applicants can apply spesifically to a country ,i mean they can choose the country when filling the form..most apply US or UK will get german...so last time(i dunno how long is it) german programme is like a reject programme(dont take offence,i make statement based on rumours only)

i c the ppl apply for General engineering(country like US/UK/aus,etc) is depleting(but it is still in a large quantity of applicants)
...jz wonder

which is the best country for engineering...i didnt mention japan caz it is for bumi only...so this topic will suit for more recommer
