Suggest small department lunch treat meal

Hi /k please help suggest me what to treat my colleagues for lunch at office (around 17 people). My sister got married last week so I want to share the joy la .
Just want to order delivery because I motobodo to work kenot bring food from home.

-So far I can only think of Pizza Hut..
-KFC and Mekdi cannot because got 1 vegetarian lady
-KL City centre area
-Budget around 300-400 ringgit, maybe can stretch to 500

Any suggestions?

Anyone knows where can play ping pong in Subang Jaya/USJ area? prefer somewhere with plenty of tables. I have asked Sports Planet and Subang Racquet&golf but they don't have many table

Renting apartment

Hi /k, usually when we want to rent apartment, we pay for booking first right? now, do we need to sign any agreement first before pay for the booking fee?

I read article they said should sign agreement first but not sure if it's a normal practice. it's my first time renting whole unit, before this I only rent room so I don't really know about this

I want to buy cheap swiss army watch (poor but want gaya I know ). is it good decision to buy from Amazon? plenty of cheap swiss army watch there $50-$100.
Also I saw some warranty from manufacturer, some warranty from Amazon. why got such difference one?
