Logitech Malaysia Is A JOKE

I bought a Logitech G Pro keyboard 3 months ago from Lazada. All of the sudden, the LED lights on the keyboard is not working. I have filed an inquiry on Logitech official website and get no response. Then I seek for the help from their Facebook page since their official website seems like for display purpose only.

FINALLY, i got some response from the Facebook page. I explained my situation to them and all they do is giving me "advice" and ask me to seek for Lazada for RMA process. I was like what the fuck? I have bought the items for 3 months and been using it since then and now they told me to get Lazada for RMA process? Maybe I'm a little bit new in this kind of stuff but since when a seller should responsible for the RMA process but not the official distributor or the manufacturer themselves? Why would I have to go for Lazada? What IF Lazada quit their business in Malaysia? Which mean I could not get my warranty at all?? What if I'm not buying from Lazada but some random seller in shopping mall? And what if the seller closed the business? I'm basically screwed? That's what Logitech, a multi-million company trying to tell me?

I have never had an issue with Logitech product. But with this kind of service level, no matter how good the product is, it's very difficult for me to go back to them as their warranty just doesn't seems like warranty to me. It's just like buying from Taobao or whatever overseas website. I doesn't feel like I'm covered by official warranty and the Facebook admin is rude and not helpful in this scenario.

We can see the facebook page have a lot of negative feedback. It seems like it's not just me are not happy with them. Fortunately for product at this price range, we have tons of choice. Good luck Logitech
