Anyone working at OSRAM, how was the working life over there?? Just got an offer as material analyst, wanna know more about the company as previous I heard from my friend the working hour is very flexible and benefit wise so far now is top in Penang. Can anyone share ?????

To all inteler and ex inteler,

I heard Intel offer 3k for fresh graduate but their annually increase the is like 1-3% and very likely will get promoted because there is a tan of senior waiting to get promoted but still carrying junior post... where work till 30yrs old still carry like rm4k per month.

So is Intel consider the lowest pay company in Penang compare to Lumiled,Osram,flex,renesas,Agilent and many more.

Intel is just a name but it is nothing if compare to other MNC? :

I am quite wonder what's the average salary increment annually in Malaysia. I heard some have no increment in this bad economic year and some can goes up to 10%.

Now already in 2016, so what's the starting salary for most fresh graduate?
I see some company still hiring fresh graduate at starting 1.6k to 1.8k. Actually I am quite wonder with lower than 2k salary, does we can survive with the current economic??

Do Malaysia really have company that can pay more than 3k per month for fresh graduate???

As we all know penang have a lot of MNC such as Agilent,Intel,Lumiled,OSRAM,b.braun,mini circuit,key sight and many many more... so in between all of this MNC which is the best one in term of pay,benefit,working culture and future prospect

Hi guys,mostly all of the big industries in penang is moving out of Malaysia such as seagate,motorol, WD.

Last year, Intel also have a wage hike to lay off 3k of worker. So are Intel penang slowing down and moving out of Malaysia also??

Anyone got idea which company is better between top glove and hartalega in term of salary,benefit,bonus,increment,working culture. Kindly share your experience or rumous of both of the company. ........ So far I heard hartalega is better than top glove and its work largest nitrile glove industries and have a new plant at sepang which is really cool.

Hi guys, I am in a mess now. Currently I am working in a glove industries and planning to join other field. Does changing field to examples like medicine,polymer,quality,waste management,sales or electronics will actually reduce my salary and no salary increment from my current salary??? By the way, I am a chemistry degree holder.

Hope you guys can share some idea or experience to me.
