Myvi 1.3L X or Axia 1.0 AV or Iriz 1.3L Executive

I'm planning to buy a new car and I really don't wanna buy a 2nd hand car.
I'm a beginner level in terms of driving (actually I don't know how to drive haha, I need to practice), and the car is for me to have transportation to work after graduation.
So, i got 2 options,
1. Myvi 1.3L X (RM 46,959)
2. Axia 1.0 AV (RM 41,427)
3. Iriz 1.3L Executive (RM 44,700)

To me, Myvi 1.5L AV (the highest spec) is too expensive to me so I'm thinking of getting 1.3L but I'm not sure if it's a better choice compared to Axia 1.0 AV.
Feel free to suggest any model of car with similar price with these 3.
Pls i need your guy's advice.
