why my pc suddenly restart after login windows

Anyone here can help me....my pc suddenly restart after login windows and will restart again and again..but after about 30mins it was stable and everything will ok...the problem happened when I want to on the pc after long time shutdown... Why...???i was serviced the HSF before and put a new Heatsink compound. for info my pc is p4 3.0GHz, ram2G, hdd 500G, mobo intel...anyone here can help me....

Anyone can help me to solve this problem..........

This is my RIG info

P4 3.0GHz soc 478 Prescott
2x1G DDR400 RAM
500G IDE HDD
MOBO Intel (forgot the series)
PSU coolermaster extreme power 480w
sound card creative audigy 4

My problem is, my pc cannot login windows and at the middle of login, it suddenly shutdown and if i let it rst for 2-5 minutes it will restart again and the same thing occur. But if I on the pc and press the HSF using my hand it can login smoothly but if I stop pressing the HSF the pc will turn off, but the HDD and mobo led still turn on....What is my problem actually...is it related to overheat problem? One more thing..Thanks...

Next month will be fasting month for muslim ppl..but i just want to know anyone here workout during that month, how ur workout schedulu?? any tips to maintain strength during workout??? any tips for diet program....Thanks....
