How to consume:

Method 1 (As supplement)

Legal Action against customer

Hi,

Need some advise /opinion here.

Scenario:

My customer owe our company Rm17,000.00 since June 2015.
Until now we have try many ways ( not into legal action yet ) to retrieve back the amount but unfortunately fail.
I have inform them about the legal action to be taken within a certain period, but they turn me down and even told me that they wont bother about the legal actions as they know how to play the tricks.

My boss is allow me to handle this matter (legal/not legal) upon my decision.

What should i do now?
