If today you save a pile of money that good enough to invest a second house with downpayment + renovation to rent out.

Would you use it to acquire a rental house or dump into your existing house loan to clear up the debt faster?

Or you will invest in stock market?

What would you do?

Take note that if you acquire second house, there is a risk of cannot rent out or unable to cover your instalment.
Your saving power will be affected, and your debt will be higher too.

Ableton 10 Live / Digital Audio Workstation

Hi all, I'm currently using the 30 days trial from Ableton 10 Live.

It's my first DAW experience after 10 years didn't play on recording stuff. (Previously I was using Adobe DAW)

I quite like the flow of Ableton 10 Live and also intend to buy one.

But when I check on the full price on the website, it's like RM3k++!!!!!!

As much as like it and would like to pick it up the thing I love, but it's too expensive for me.

Would like to ask any sifu can share any crack version (I admit I'm cheapstake) or advice me any cheaper DAW?

I would like to have the DAW that come with many sounds and special effect. Thank you so much!

Should I get the Window Grill for my apartment?

Guys, I'm going to move in my new apartment soon.
But I'm still struggling that should I take out the Window Grill of my subsale property or not, it already built in the window grill with every window.

But I really hate it since I was little, it really feels like all of us are in jail without committed any crime.
Really envy the other country that they even staying at ground floor still without any grill or fence.

I'm staying at 6th floor in Taman Desa area, do you guys think is better to put on the window grill?

How to rent out one of my room?

Hi all, I just bought a house recently for my own stay...
And I planning to rent out one of my room to tenant to lighten my installment, since I'm still single and only my sister will stay with me...

Do you guys have any suggestion or mind to share some experience on rent out a room and staying with tenant?

I'm also thinking of renting my master bedroom to earn more, and myself staying at 3rd bedroom...

I heard rumors said there are high chance that OKR will have monorail line to digest the congested traffic, even the new development 9 Seputeh claim on their advertisement saying they will have station at outside.

Is it a legit news? Is it possible?
Anyone knows when the completion will be done?

Hello all,

I'm helping my brother to asked his questions here, which he is nob in internet world... ==ll

My bro intends to buy his very first house, but he is so worried that he will get rejected by the bank.
Below is his condition that he said:

-Looking to buy a house below 640K, subsale

-monthly net income about 6900 after EPF etc.

-the main problem that he most worry is: he is 'too clean' he said, no bank installment, no PTPTN, no everything

-he only realized the seriousness when he intend to buy a house, then only force himself to get a credit card recently

-Now he found a house that he really like, and he said he can't wait until using credit card after one year plus for the paying habit history

Will he get the loan successfully with his condition?
Or any recommended bank that easily to get a loan?

Best Currency Exchange Method

I was working in Taiwan for the last two years, which my saving is in taiwan's bank.

Now I already back to Malaysia for few months, I didn't transfer right away because stupid Riggit keep on depreciating, keeping foreign currency is way much better, until recently I need my Taiwan's saving for new investment.

Do you guys have any suggestion and best way to convert from NTD to RM, you know every penny counts for ppl like us. Thank you very much!
