OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 SLI-Ready Dual Channel

Hello.

I bought 2 set of OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 SLI-Ready Edition Dual Channel OCZ2N800SR2GK from a good LYN member here . However, Im having problem booting up my system with these condition :

a. With all RAMs (2 sets of 2GB kits) slotted in RAM slot, totaling 4GB. Cant boot at all, no sound.

b. Single set of 2GB kit will boot, but not in dual-channel mode. Will not boot up if the RAMs slotted into dual-channel position. Test with both set so those RAMs itself have no issues.

Im using a J&W RS780UVD-AM2+ mATX Motherboard ( http://goo.gl/mmDF ) which is not a SLI-ready mainboard with ATI based chipset (SB700). Based on general memory FAQs here ( http://goo.gl/Xinp ), this should not be a problem.

What i have done so far is updating my BIOS, currently at v1.4 (default). Tried to flash v1.5 to v1.9 ( http://goo.gl/fkQS )but somehow the BIOS is locked and cannot be flash. Unlocking tool provided by J&W somehow dont work under Windows 7 *sigh*

Please help me. What should i do next?
