What should I budget for ID?

Looking at partly furnished condos, where the kitchen, A/C are provided.

What should I budget for Interior design of the condo to furnish it, and put lights in?.

Obviously you can spend as much as you like, but lets say there are trim levels:

A) Full ID like a model unit condo.
Just write a check to have it all done with high quality furnishings, lights, wall art, knick knacks for the shelves.

B) Major pieces of furnishing only, beds, closets, living room and dining room sets. No wall decor, no lights.
Quality furniture that will lasts.

C) Same as (B) above, but lower budget furniture (think IKEA).

TTDI condo values

Hello:
I am looking for condos in the RM$1mil range in TTDI.
My criteria is that it be within walking distance to the new MRT station, 3 BR, 1500-2000 sq ft, 2 car park, freehold and high floor with a view.

To date i have seen 2 units in The Plaza ($750/sq ft) and The residence.
And plan to look at others in Sinaran ($800-900/sq ft), Greens ($950-$1000), Glomac Damansara($800-900).

I understand that this is currently a buyers market, with a slumping economy and difficult to get loans from banks.

My question is are the $/sq ft listed above considered high?
I would like to know how to determine the trend of recent sales in the above properties and establish the going rate for $/sq ft.

Also, the Greens and Glomac are new units, what are the likelyhood of getting good deals on these from either the developer or owners that are eager to sell?

Thanks in advance
