Dear shifus,

Can i file a complain to consumer tribunal on this scenario?

Grille contractor had urged my mum to pay for deposit without any endorsement on quotation and he had installed a metal door which do not match with door frame. There is a approx 2cm gap in between door frame and lever handle lock so that i can easily open the door without a key. Had asked contractor the rectify the issue but the contractor refuse to do it and refund deposit as well.
