Hi all

Are there anyone here who's familiar with SS2 landed market? Reason being is I thought the location is very strategic and established but not sure why it seems a bit slow compare to other area. For eg, there's SS2 landed vs 5 stone & Ameera but with that kind of amt, ppl rather opt for d condo. So I'm very confused with d mkt trend already. 5 stone cost around 1-3m-1.7m for normal condo which ppl can buy a landed with 27x85 already in ss2. So confused confused

Hi all,

Did anyone know the procedure in selling a bumi unit? Reason being is my friend and I shared some properties under a company name in Summer Suites and he has decided to withdraw his share due to migration. All are tenanted units so wondering if the bumi units can be sold to a non bumi and what are the procedures? And who are eligible to buy as I want to sell all the units that comes with tenancy.
