Hi All,

Just register a sdn bad last year and become director and shareholder for side money. Not yet started business yet. And I am still a full time employee.(all my income is derive from being an employee).Which income form should I fill ??

Can I still fill in Borang BE? Or need Borang B?? ,please advise..

BOOST EWALLET MERCHANT ACQUISITIONS COMMISSION

Hi All Lowyat folks,

I am from the Ipoh looking to make some pocket money on the side. I noticed that there are not many Boost ewallet merchants (kopitiam, grocery store, etc) . So I wonder whether can make commission money by persuading them to join Boost as merchant.

But the weird thing is that:

1. I don't see anyone doing the marketing push in Ipoh or northern region( I travel there frequently for my sales work)..why ah??

A) Boost wallet is offering very low commissions? Cannot be mah..Axiata Damn rich.. rm140 to Rm190 per successful New account??
B) Boost ewallet poor paymaster?

Anyone doing this kind of business let me know..

P.S life hard...So wanna make more money to feed my baby..appreciate input

Hi All,

Need all the expert guidance and advices. My product is a beverage drink packed in a strong plastic bottle. I plan to sell in cartons on major online ecommerce platform (lazada, 11street, etc).

My problem is that most courier service dont want to deliver liquid even though i will pack them nicely.

Any solutions or recommendation to any courier service?

Process of trademark ownership transfer in Msia?

My company wanted to take over a trademark owned and registered by a another company.(lets say company ABC).

Do you guys here know what are the legal process and document to ensure that the trademark is successfully transfered to my company so that I dont get sued for infringement in the future. I read about MYIPO but it does not clearly says the steps that needs to be taken.
