AZ or Sinovac?

guys, i need your opinion, i secured a slot for AZ injection during the registration weeks ago, suppose to take in early July. Just now my boss called and said company secured sinovac and will get us vaccinated within 2 weeks. b4 this i was looking forward for AZ la cos that's the only choice i have. but now given an option, i started to google and compare... i have hypertension, and AZ blood clot seems like a risk, sinovac got rumors stroke-alike symptom but its not stroke.. so far no ppl die from sinovac but AZ sudah few cases...

anyway i know the best vaccine is the vac i can get the fastest.. so in this case it would be sinovac.. but it's only 1 week earlier.. since i WFH and i never stepped out of house for few months so the 1 week to me is not really a big different...

since i am still undecided yet, i would like to hear your opinions here.

A.) Proceed with AZ, i will reject my company offer (apparently they already secured for everyone, all opt-in by default, we need to respond yes or no by tomorrow)
B.) Go with Sinovac, then i need to find out from Mysejahtera how to cancel and open up my slot.

although i am now married to the love of my life, but my family business suffered badly.

all those contracts cancelled and being a subcon of the b*m* main con who lost the contract, we ended up owed a lot of money to bank as the main con dont want clear the overdue AR. my family worked very hard to start all over again, some of the new companies got the new contracts and all i can say is we spent a lot of 'resources' to rebuild everything from scratch. *that's the downside dealing with public sector.

we're damn pretty sure we will not get the contract liao. because the main con sure kena terminated, and worst part is we spent so much time and 'resources' and the idiot still wanna lowball us and when we almost want to reach a deal.... now NOTHING !!

Guys in the industry, not sure if my experience is isolated case or some of you did received such calls.
Let me share my side of story.

So you know they all into trade war and stuff like that, this prompted the motherland to wake up to the reality and decided to stop relying on US for anything or everything, they want 100% made in china to avoid such trade war risks and have full proper control.

last week i received a call from a headhunter speaking in Mandarin, it's a Malaysian though and I am very surprised and tried my best to answer those professional questions in mandarin. Thank god i know few terms such as 晶片 or 微芯片... anyway.... i received another call today from the hiring company, i was told to keep it confidential so i cannot disclose this company but the company behind it is very big in china. They called me because of my experience in relevant industry (my first job in Penang until few yrs ago when i come back KL).. and they gonna start a big team in China and now recruiting the top notch people and they are very generous with their package.

And i quote
1. transfer my entire family member, relocate to china with expat package, if i have children can get to go international school (shit i'm not merrid yet).
2. can chauffeur around with a BMW 5-siri, car allowance for my family members, travelling, etc.
3. housing will be provided (didnt provide much details).
4. relocation fee of RM100k (FUCKING SHIT)
5. dan lain lain lagi..

So now, i am required to travel to China next week for the face to face interview. And the *best* part is i have to pay my flight ticket first, and they will reimburse when i join them. *WTF* !!!!!! So means if I reject the offer then they wont pay me back la ! damn ! i was thinking in my heart and didn't say out la..

Anyway, i'm in dilemma now. I know if i go there, sure stay there for at least 5~10 years, chances of coming back quite slim. will be Cina balik Cina liao. and i know as well, if i join them, i will have LDR with my current GF, and my family wont join me either cos they need to maintain the family business. So i will be going there alone, fresh new start !

K, what do you think? I know stupid comments will come out but i am ready to hear from all angle.

I dont know what is the salary yet, but i know it will be a LOT ! When I told the recruiter my current package, she said the budget is way much higher than that and she told me to research a bit the prevailing rate in China b4 i go for the face to face interview. I roughly check and see, seems like around 80k RMB per month ! Maybe they offer me more, or offer me less.. i dont know.

she knows my family supports MCA and my bro is a committee in 1 of the area. we argued a lot in the past when we tok abt politics or when she see some viral stuff on fb and commented to me, some which i disagreed or against my belief. but bcos of love, we managed to put aside our political differences and continue to be with each other. all was good for 3 yrs until this GE... the same nightmare come back. recently go out while in the car she will watch those political vids in fb, and condemn a lot things and this particular incident that sparked that huge quarrel was abt my party has lost all chinese support and is irrelevant and should just skip this GE to save back some reputation. I shouted at her if no chinese supports them anymore, then who am i ? is my family not chinese? to which she said my family 有问题 go support such party. had cold war for almost a week.

then this morning thought of pujuk her la want to bring her go kai kai.. and she msg me said how much she loved me and dont wish politic separates us. she will meet me on the night of may 9 and will 'give it to me' if PH wins..

i'm very dilemma, in my heart of cos i 'want it' cos for the past 3 yrs i've been trying really hard but she being a christian and so conservative, she said wait marry first; which i memang plan to propose this yr's christmas. but if PH wins, my family will get big impact and things will be very different... i wont divulge in too much detail.. but it is bad.

I was approached by this PRC unker who asking for money donation as he has lost all his money in genting. He needed the money to buy food and was speaking in mandarin.
Noticed his 'friend' is watching him from across the road, I acted i didnt understand mandarin and spoke to him in Cantonese instead acting stupid and blur.

He is damn persistent, almost gave in but did not because
1. padan muka u lose all your money in gambling
2. so many ppl around me and from his direction he walk past petrol station which has a lot of ppl, why me?
3. his accomplice why stand so far watching?
4. he wears nice cloth, if really no money could've traded his belongings for food.

in the end when i almost wanted to say "ok fine i buy food for u", then he walked away...
