This is reminiscent of recent flooding in KL. Sure it is nicer to live in landed house. But if flooding becomes a frequent event due to climate change, you are taking the risk of your house submerged in water. So safer bet is to buy a unit in a high rise apartment.

I may need a 4k series GPU. I was aiming for 4090 initially as I thought the price would be $1600. Turns out it is $2200 in Amazon and $2500 in NZ. So I think I would aim for 4070. Anyway think price will fall? Maybe not since crypto already reached rock bottom price.

So I am in NZ. Looking for a studio unit to stay. And like place is small, partially furnished and costs 400 NZD a week. In Malaysia, 1200 can get you a 3 room condominium. Food here is $13-15. In Malaysia, you can get yummy hawker foods for RM 7. So if you earn 5K NZD monthly vs RM 5K , I think your quality of life is better if you stay in Malaysia. Probably if you earn 10k NZD and above, then is worth it to migrate. So Malaysia isn't all too bad

Sure our GDP is $11000 which is middle income. But when cost of living is considered, we are $33000, about 10K shy of Western countries. So we ain't that bad.

Why do some people like literally worship a social influencer. I mean I do regularly watch twitch personalities and I like them for the entertainment they provide. I value them for the entertainment they provide. But some dudes can love them so much to the extent they take financial advice from dude like Paul Logan. So I am using Maybank card for UberEat in New Zealand. Transaction decline many times. Called Maybank twice to no avail. Then I happen to have Singapore DBS card. Transaction went through. Anyone experiences similar situation?

Why some people like to attack sexual sinner and neglect the weightier matters of law like grace and mercy. Sexual sinner may commit sexual sins but at least they do a lot of goods in life. And certainly treating people equally and helping the marginalized are much more pertinent issues.

Like A likes to claim he is holy by attending church. I am holy, I have no sexual thoughts, A claims publicly. Clap clap clap. In private confine of his home, he indulges his sexual desires.

B openly admits his sexual thoughts. But B also cares for the society and ready to lend helping hands to less fortunate unlike A.

So A commits sexual sins but refuses acknowledge it.
B also commits sexual sins, acknowledge it and do at times feel shameful about it, but B also observe the weightier matters of law of helping others in need

A can fool humans but not God, so deserves his wrath. Then A protests but I attend church weekly. And God says you attend church to feel self righteous and the point is not attending church. The point is bearing fruits and you barely bear any fruit even after attending church for 10 years. B didn't fools humans, and God knows B kind hearted nature and deserves forgiveness for B sexual sins.

Update: since people think I am referring to any sin or worse someone says I am legitimizing paedophilia, I didn't mean any of that. Paedophilia is a terrible and worst sin and deserves no forgiveness. I am talking exclusively about sexual thoughts sins, like sexual fetish, openly admits he/she masturbates regularly or talking about their monogamous sex lives with their significant others.

Like I mix with my Western friends sure we use curse words a lot. But we value racial diversity. Like there is a girl born and raised in China moved to US during uni and now working. Sure in my US friends circle , they disagree with certain China policies. But they never discriminate her and treat her equally. I have another social circle with Muslim friends and they are treated equally too.

Enter my auntie. She biblethumps me. Say eh you say curse words so God puts disease on you. Therefore you must confess every curse word you have said. Ok fine if she think curse word is bad. Then hear her donkey story that is replete with racism and bigotry. And I am like so saying curse word is bad? But racism is ok? If you judge people by law you will be judged by the law. If you judge people by grace then you will be judged by grace

This is why I left institutionalized religion. Religion is not bad nor stupid as I always said. But its too bad it is made stupid by stupid and hypocrite leaders.
